At present, the first and second phase transformation of Jiangxi plant has been completed. The factory adopts the international advanced EHS management system and has complete R&D, pilot and commercial production capacity. Jiangxi plant has passed the audit of well-known pharmaceutical companies such as Amgen and Sanofi in 2020. In the first half of 2021, 7,000-square-meter R&D center has renovated and put into full use. The R&D center integrates R&D, pilot test, analysis and administrative office, and is equipped with a high-end flow technology dedicated laboratory, which can accommodate 60-80 novel pharmaceutical building blocks and intermediates.

XFlow Chemistry is a company specialized in research of application of new catalysts and technology development of flow chemistry. The company is located in Bldg 5, Lane 3399 Kangxin Highway, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a R&D laboratory of 1,600 square meters in Shanghai. The laboratory is well-equipped with CSTR, PFR, microchannel reactor, continuous air oxidation reactor, continuous Grignard reactor, fixed bed reactor, trickle bed reactor, continuous photo reactor, and reactor devices. The pilot plant in Jiangxi is also under construction. The company has process development/ equipment design/ process simulation/ engineering design/ process safety/ analytical support and other departments.

About 467,000-square-meter (700 mu) chemical industry land was newly requisitioned in that year, and the first phase of 200,000 square meters (300 mu) has been put into construction and in the process of legalization.

Shanghai XFlow Chemistry is a company specializing in flow chemical process development and new catalyst application research. The flow chemistry R & D centre is located in Shanghai International Medical Park, and the state-of-the-art laboratories are well-equipped with CSTR, PFR, micro-channel reactor, continuous air oxidation reactor, continuous Grignard reactor, fixed bed reactor, trickle bed reactor, tube in tube gas-liquid reactor, continuous photo reactor and other flow chemical reactor devices. A 5000 square meter pilot plant in Jiangxi Province is also under construction.
